How to place order on The Hijab Company?

We strongly recommend everyone to place your order on our website to ensure on time processing and delivery. Due to huge customer queries, it is impossible for us to process orders placed via inbox/email/whatsapp/messages. Please follow the steps below to place your order:

1. Ensure you are on the website.

2. Browse the categories across the top navigation bar which includes Abayas, Kimonos, Maxi Dress, Hijabs & much more

3. Once you have found an item to purchase, select your preferred colour, size (if applicable) and the quantity you wish to purchase then simply click ‘ADD TO CART’.

4. You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalize your order.

Proceed to purchasing items:

1. Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button located at the top right of the website.

2. Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted by simply clicking the ‘EDIT’ button that is located on the right hand side within the Order Overview section of the checkout. Your amendments will be updated and allow you to proceed with the checkout process.

What are these hijab points for?

We love you browsing us shopping with us and telling your loved ones about us. So every act you make or every penny you spend on our website will fill your bucket with some hijabi points which you can redeem at any moment on our website to avail amazing discounts.

I am trying Hijabs for very first time, can I get some discount?

Now that you have come this far, take some time to sign up on our website, this will immediately fill up your bucket. You can sign up with your email address or with your social handles.

Shipments & Delivery

We understand and try our best to deliver all orders on priority. Once the order is placed on website, a verification check is carried out, suspicions orders are blocked, orders with complete details are forwarded for further processing. Confirmation calls are made with in 24-48 hours, only to customers with abayas or incorrect shipping details.

It is then our priority to handle your order with care and dispatch on the given time. All deliveries are made by our courier service partners. Hence, the delivery man is not allowed to handover the parcel before receiving the total cash amount. In addition, delivery cannot be made to any anonymous person other than the recipient whose name is printed in the invoice.

Why I have been asked for additional information?

As part of our company policy, we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and our business. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential. Please note if you have been asked to provide additional information we cannot begin to process your order until this information has been received.

Do you ship globally?

Yes we do. We take full pride in saying, we are one of few major modest clothing exporters in Pakistan. Yayyy!!!

Do you accept different shipping and billing address?

At the checkout page, we offer the opportunity to select a delivery address that is different to the billing address. For security reasons, this service is offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address or ask that proof of address is provided before shipping.

Can I change my shipping address?

We ship all Hijabs, Pants & accessories same day, however all dresses are made on order. Orders with abayas should expect a call with in 24-48 hours of their order to confirm the dress specifications, address can be updated on the same call or any time prior shipping simply by contacting us.

However all hijabs, pants and accessories are shipped same day normally without any confirmation call if the details provided seems good to go. Cut off time is for same day shipping is 5PM, change of address gets issue in such cases so it is requested to contact us as soon as possible. Address change requests once shipped only delays the delivery process. Please make sure you provide the correct address on check out to avoid any hassle.

How long does the delivery take?

We ship all Hijabs, Pants & accessories same day, however all dresses are made on order so, once confirmed, they take around 5-7 business days to complete the order prior shipping. Manufacturing time differs for bulk orders.

Delivery takes around 2-4 business days for all Pakistan orders depending upon the destination. 

For International orders, & bulk orders, same shipping rules apply

Are there any shipping charges?

For domestic Orders, we offer FREE DELIVERY, on ordering more than 3 Hijabs/Pants or 2 Abayas/Dresses. Rest will be charged Rs. 200 flat per Order.

For international & bulk orders, shipping charges are calculated as per destination and total weight of shipments.

What happens if I am not there where the delivery attempt is made?

Courier Riders are instructed to call before making any delivery attempt, however, in case of any failed attempt, the courier company emails us about it. We will try to contact you again to solve the matter. Eventually, orders make their way back to us if there is no response from the buyer’s end.

In case the Buyer seems inappropriate, we ban the buyer from our database, hence no more services for banned customers.

Refunds Returns & Exchange

At The Hijab Company, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, detail and fabric is our top priority and we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receiving, please inspect your purchase carefully and notify us immediately in case of any damage; we will arrange for prompt action.

We want to assure you that your investment in The Hijab Company by all means is totally secure till your satisfaction. Incase of any bad experience, its better to contact us on Support Tickets, whatsapp or on our social handles to get prompt response rather than pushing panic buttons and going nuts.

I have received a wrong/damaged/faulty product, what do I do now?

In case you have received any damaged/wrong/faulty product, we gladly accept all merchandise for return or exchange within 3 working days of delivery, provided it:

–   Is in new condition

–   Hasn’t been Washed, Used or Altered

–   Has the Original Price Tag and Packaging Intact

Service charges of Return Shipments are to be borne by Buyers. Buyers can simply raise a Dispute on our website by “Submitting a Ticket” on our Help Desk to get on time solution. Pushing panic buttons on whastapp/facebook/instagram just delays the process.

We DO NOT entertain any Change of Mind Requests. Please read all the Product Descriptions and Instructions Carefully before proceeding with your order.

I have received a wrong sized dress, what do I do now?

All the Products listed on The Hijab Company have Dimensions/Size guide attached, please check thoroughly before placing your order.

For Abayas & dresses, If you have ordered a Large Size mistakenly and want to get it resized, your request can be entertained with out any additional charges, shipping charges shall be applicable both ways.

If you have ordered a Small Size mistakenly and want to get a Larger Size, it cannot be done, buyer has to place a new order on the website.
