Delivery Policy

Here’s all what you’d need to know about our delivery policy:

Our expected delivery time within Pakistan is 2 to 4 business days. You can call us at 0331-2936919 from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm or ask away any query at Customer Service Center for orders@thehijabcompany.pk

Delivery for Abayas

• All Abaya orders are made to order and the making of each product begins the next business day, after you’ll confirm your order over the confirmation call by us. Your Abaya orders may require 10 to 12 business days for completion.
• We endeavor to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, while trying our best to reduce the delivery time.

• Delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 2990/- and otherwise, delivery charges of PKR. 220 are applicable on all orders.
• We send you an SMS and an email once the order is received. If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) you’re requested to pay the rider before opening the package.

Delivery during Sales:

• During the sales, it takes 5 to 7 days for order completion, and Free Shipping is not applicable during sale.

For International Orders:

• Our clients are required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of orders, in your country.
• Please note that The Hijab Company is not responsible for any taxes or duties, the customs office may charge you. Payment is necessary to release your package from customs.
• Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide deliveries in India & Bangladesh.
